"Not nearly as comfy as promised"
I really wanted to like this, especially because it was made out to be super comfortable, but it just didn’t deliver. Some parts of the cushions feel way too firm, while other spots already feel kind of saggy, which is really frustrating. After sitting on it for a little while, my back actually started hurting. It definitely did not live up to the comfort they promised. Maybe someone else wouldn’t mind it, but for me it was a letdown and I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Refund Came Through, Just Took a Bit"
I ended up returning my order, and overall the process was fine. I did get my refund in the end, so no major complaints there, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. I found myself checking my account a few times wondering when it would finally show up. It worked out, just a little slower than I expected

"Got sorted in the end, but it took a while"
I had a problem with my order and, to be fair, support did eventually get it fixed. It just took a lot more chasing than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. I remember checking my emails a few times while making lunch and thinking it would be a quick thing to resolve, but it dragged on longer than it should have. Glad it’s sorted now, but overall it wasn’t the best experience...

"Showed up damaged right out of the box"
I was disappointed when I opened the package. Right away I noticed it was all scratched up, and one of the corners was smashed like it had taken a hit during shipping. Definitely not what I was hoping to see when it arrived.

"Feels like the good designs are hiding somewhere"
I was hoping to find some nicer, more modern-looking pieces, but most of what I saw felt outdated and just not my style. It’s like the cozy, current designs are being kept in some secret section I wasn’t allowed to access. I kept scrolling thinking, okay, surely the good stuff is coming, but nope. Just didn’t really find much that felt fresh or homey to me.

"Didn’t feel very trustworthy"
I was thinking about ordering, but the site just didn’t give me a lot of confidence. The information felt thin, and it wasn’t really clear who was actually behind the purchase or who I’d contact if something went wrong. It had that vibe where nobody really takes ownership, so I decided to skip it.

"Support Made Promises They Didn’t Keep"
Customer service did answer, but they weren’t very helpful. I had to explain the same issue more than once, and the replies I got were generic. They said they’d look into it and get things sorted, but it never really happened. It felt like they were just trying to wrap up the chat instead of actually fixing anything. Not the worst support I’ve dealt with, but definitely disappointing.

"Shipping took way too long"
I was disappointed with the shipping. It took a lot longer than I expected, and I kept waiting for the package with no real update. The product was okay, but the slow delivery made whole experience frustrating.

"I tried to exchange an item..."
I tried to exchange an item, and it turned into way more work than it should have been. I figured it would be a simple process, but it ended up feeling like another chore I had to deal with.

The replies were slow, and whenever they did respond, the instructions were kind of vague. I kept having to follow up and ask what was happening next, which was really annoying because I shouldn’t have to chase every little update just to get an exchange done.

Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but mine was frustrating from start to finish. It felt like they pushed a lot of the effort back onto me, and because of that I probably wouldn’t order from them again...

"Honestly not worth what I paid"
I really wanted to like Geneva Home, but the whole thing left me disappointed. The prices felt way too high for what actually showed up, and the quality just didn’t match what I thought I was paying for.

What bothered me most was that even getting help felt like I was begging for basic service, and by the end I was a bit resentful about spending that much on something so average. Maybe I had a bad experience, but I wouldn’t order again...

"color was way off from the pics"
I ordered the bedding because it looked like a nice soft beige online, but when it showed up it was more yellow/cream in person. It just did not match my room at all... I know colors can look different on screens and all that, but this was far off. disappointed, probably won’t order again

It’s okay overall, but the description made it seem nicer than it really is. The size felt a little different than I was expecting, and the material wasn’t quite what I had in mind either. Not awful!! Just a bit misleading.

I ordered from genevahome.com and, it looked nice when it first arrived. But after using it for a little while, it started to feel loose and kind of cheap. It just didn’t seem like it was made for everyday use. For the price, I expected it to last longer. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Why were the photos so misleading?"
I don’t get how something this simple ended up being so frustrating. The photos made it look way nicer, but in person it looked cheap and completely different. I was just expecting it to match the pictures, and it really didn’t.

"My order tracking didn’t update for..."
My order tracking didn’t update for several days, so I wasn’t really sure where my package was or when to expect it. It kept showing the same status each time I checked, which got a bit frustrating after a while.

The order did eventually move along, but the lack of updates made the experience more stressful than it needed to be. It would be helpful if the tracking information were a little more accurate or updated more often.

"Felt like the site made everything harder than it needed to be"
The products actually look nice, but using the website was kind of frustrating. Pages took longer to load than I expected, and the menu felt all over the place. I kept having to click around just to find simple info, which made me feel like I was wasting my time for no reason. It’s not the worst site I’ve ever used, but it felt like the whole thing was working against me a bit. Definitely needs some fixing

"Items were out of stock and the next steps weren’t clear"
The experience was okay overall, but a lot of the stuff I wanted was out of stock. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t really clear what I was supposed to do next, wait for a restock, choose something else, or check back later. A little more guidance would’ve helped.
